how it works

from what you know to what they learn

Seven steps, and one review from you at each stage. You will always know what happens next and what it needs from you.

the build

what happens, and in what order

  1. 01

    a conversation

We talk about who needs to learn what, and why it matters to the business. No brief required. If we are not the right fit we will say so in that call rather than three weeks later.

    what we need

    An hour of your time

    what you get

A written scope and a fixed price

  2. 02

    the blueprint

Before anything gets built we agree the shape: outcomes, module map, length, format, how people will be assessed. This is the document everything else is measured against.

    what we need

One review, one round of comments

    what you get

    A signed-off blueprint

  3. 03

    content handover

You send whatever exists already. Slides, manuals, recordings, half-finished documents. Then we run a structured extraction session for the part that only lives in your head, which is usually the most valuable part.

    what we need

Existing material and one working session

    what you get

    Nothing else to write

  4. 04

    one module first

We build a single module end to end and you sign it off. Look, tone, interaction, assessment style. Changing the approach here costs an afternoon. Changing it at the end costs the project.

    what we need

    One review

    what you get

    A module you have approved

  5. 05

    the build

The rest is produced against the approved module. You see each part as it is finished rather than all of it at the end, so nothing accumulates into a surprise.

    what we need

    One review per module

    what you get

    A finished course

  6. 06

    live

It goes onto your platform or ours. We load it, test it on real devices, check the accessibility, and train whoever will administer it.

    what we need

    A go-ahead

    what you get

A course your people are using

  7. 07

    after the first cohort

Once a group has been through it we look at where people dropped off, what they scored, what they said. Then we fix those specific things. A course that is never revisited is a course that quietly stops working.

    what we need

    Access to the data

    what you get

A revision, and a course that keeps earning

other ways in

not every job is a build

Three shorter routes, depending on what you already have.

the platform

You have a course but nowhere to run it.

  • We set up your space
  • You upload, or we do
  • Your people, your access rules
  • Nobody else sees any of it

the shop

You want to build it yourself, faster.

  • Choose your topics
  • Download in the format you run
  • Drop it into your LMS or authoring tool
  • Edit and brand it as your own

advisory

Your team is doing the work already.

  • Curriculum architecture
  • Quality frameworks
  • Academic governance
  • Building capability in your designers

what we hold ourselves to

  • A fixed price before we start. Agreed at the scope stage, not discovered at the end.

  • One review per stage. Your time is the scarce thing, so we ask for it in defined blocks rather than continuously.

  • Nothing built before the blueprint is signed. It is the cheapest place to change your mind.

  • The content stays yours. Source files handed over at the end, in formats you can edit.

  • Accessibility is not an extra. Contrast, captions, keyboard navigation and screen reader structure are built in.

  • We tell you when we are not the right fit. In the first call, not the third invoice.

An hour of your time, and you walk away with a written scope and a fixed price. No brief required.
